If you have an existing website and you want to transfer from your current hosting provider to your new hosting plan with us, please take note that you need to provide us with full access to your current hosting, and a one-time $99 service fee will apply.

The contents which are usually migrated may include:

• Website files
• E-mail messages
• Databases
• cPanel settings (for cPanel-based accounts)

A site migration can take anywhere from a few hours to a day or two, depending on how much content there is to migrate.
